Microbial organic fertilizer production

Microbial organic fertilizer refers to the organic fertilizer added with microbial strains. The beneficial microorganisms in the microbial organic fertilizer form a symbiotic relationship with the microorganisms in the soil. It can inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria and transform them into beneficial bacteria. It can also improve the physical and chemical properties of the soil to enhance the soil’s ability to retain water and fertilizer. Microbial organic fertilizer also needs to be processed by fermentation process.
1. Pretreatment of raw materials: including sorting, crushing, water content and carbon-nitrogen ratio adjustment
2. Mixing microbial strain: adding microbial strains

3. Fermentation: The cycle usually takes 15-20 days. The first stage refers to the two microbial metabolism in the middle temperature and high temperature in aerobic fermentation. It refers to the whole process from the initial stage of fermentation, through medium temperature and high temperature, and then the temperature starts to drop. It usually takes 10-12 days. After the first stage of fermentation, there is still a part of easily decomposed and a large amount of difficult-to-decompose organic matter, which needs to be fermented to make it mature. At this time, the temperature continues to drop. When the temperature stabilizes at about 35℃-40℃, it will reach maturity, which usually takes 5-10 days. Note: In the process of fermentation, it is necessary to turn by compost turner to adjust the temperature of the compost pile.
4. After fermentation, it needs to be screened again to screen out the impurities, and then the sieved impurities are subjected to do pulverization treatment.
If it is a powdered fertilizer, then this is complete, and the rest is weighed, packaged and sealed. If it is granular fertilizer, the crushed fertilizer needs to be granulated with a disc granulator, then dried and cooled. Welcome to contact us for details.
