Chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, and straw, sawdust, mushroom residue, etc. are in an appropriate proportion (feces account for 80-90%, other 10-20%) mixed. 1 ton of material (about 2.5 tons of fresh material) plus 1 kg of fertilizer starter, diluted by 1 kg of fertilizer starter and 5 kg of rice bran (or bran, corn flour and other substitutes), and then evenly sprinkled into the material pile. During the fermentation process, pay attention to proper oxygen supply and turn over, and the temperature is controlled at 55-75C. The moisture content of the fermentation material should be controlled at about 45% to 65%.
Fermentation production of organic fertilizer requires aerobic fermentation. Therefore, in the process of operation, it is necessary to increase oxygen supply measures, so as to mix well, turn frequently and ventilate. Otherwise, it will lead to anaerobic fermentation and produce odor, which will affect the effect of fertilizer. Generally, after 48 hours of pig manure accumulation, the temperature rises to 50~75C, and it can reach more than 65C on the third day. At this high temperature, it is turned over by the organic fertilizer wheel type compost turner. Under normal circumstances, the fermentation process will occur two times of high temperature above 65C, the fermentation can be completed by overturning twice, and the fermentation can be completed within a week normally. The material is dark brown, and the temperature begins to drop to room temperature, indicating that the fermentation is complete.
The fermented material (with a moisture content of 35%) is blended by a mixer, passed through an organic fertilizer granulator, then dried by a dryer, cooled by a cooler, and screened by a sieving machine. Unqualified products are returned to the mixer again, the qualified products can be coated with medium and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, etc. After passing through the drum coating machine, particles can be packaged by the automatic packaging machine.
