In winter and spring, the material is turned over once every 10 days, and once every 5 days in summer and autumn, so that the fermentation temperature of the material is controlled between 55-70 °C. The fermentation temperature can be measured and controlled by a stick digital thermometer. After three times of stacking, the fermentation can be successful.
The characteristics of the process: the mechanical turning operation is highly maneuverable, and the use of strip material piles is beneficial to the water dispersion in the later stage of composting; the requirements for civil engineering are low, no need for supporting fermentation tanks, and it can be piled up outdoors, saving construction investment; the area of ??composting sites needs to be relatively Larger; outdoor composting in the northern region is poorly insulated in winter, the composting cycle needs to be extended or seasonally stopped composting; in the open-air composting, the rainy season pile is susceptible, and it is recommended to cover the shelter.

Granular raw materials (after composting) generally do not need to be finely pulverized, and small stones can be directly crushed, which is not easy to block the die hole.
Fourth, screening and returning system
The pellets output from the granulation molding system have a certain difference in particle size and require sieving and grading. The rotary sifter selected requires low vibration, low noise, convenient screen change, and is equipped with a screen cleaning device. It is re
